From drawing review to repeat production

Relevant factory processes include bending, punching, resistance welding, laser welding, TIG welding and grinding. During production, attention is given to dimensions, alignment, weld integrity, finish consistency and packing protection.

Planning a small-batch OEM order

MOQ can start from 100 pieces where the product and process allow it. A typical sample may take about 5–7 days, while bulk production is commonly planned around 4–6 weeks after sample and order details are confirmed. Actual timing depends on material, tooling, finish, packaging and quantity, so buyers should confirm the schedule for each RFQ.
